These terms explain how purchases from www.shybani.com work. They apply when you buy from Shybani as a consumer. Please read them alongside our Returns & refunds policy and Privacy policy. You can save or print a copy for your records.

Each product page describes the item, available options and price. Please check the size, colour, material and care information before ordering. Photographs help you assess the product, but screens and lighting can affect how a colour appears.
Any special offer, discount or promotion applies on the conditions shown when you order. Obvious mistakes may be corrected. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and seek a resolution, including cancellation and repayment where appropriate, without limiting your consumer rights.
Before submitting an order, you can review your basket, delivery details and total price. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Submitting the order places an obligation to pay the total shown, using your selected payment method.
We send an email confirming receipt of your order. Your purchase is confirmed when we accept the order by email. If stock is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
The currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges and order total are shown before you pay. Consumer prices include VAT where applicable. The price agreed for your order will not be increased afterwards without a lawful basis and any agreement required from you.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If you choose a separate payment or instalment service, its payment terms also apply. That does not remove your rights against Shybani. Please tell us promptly if you notice incorrect payment details or a payment error.
We deliver to the address confirmed in your order. Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. If we agree a particular delivery date or period, that agreement applies.
Unless we agree otherwise, delivery must take place within 30 days. If we miss the agreed delivery period, contact us. You can usually give us an appropriate additional period to deliver and cancel if we still do not deliver. You may cancel sooner where the law permits, including where delivery by an essential agreed date was required. We will return payments due following cancellation without undue delay.
We remain responsible for loss or damage until you, or a person you designate, receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.
You have 14 calendar days to tell us that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase, without giving a reason. The period begins on the day after you receive the goods. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, it begins after the last item is received. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.
Send a clear cancellation statement to info@shybani.nl. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the return process, costs, refunds and optional cancellation form. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to assess an item can result in a deduction for an actual reduction in value, where legally permitted. Missing packaging or detached tags do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Products must match their description and meet the quality, functionality and durability that you can reasonably expect. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. A commercial guarantee, promotion or return deadline never replaces your statutory rights.
Email info@shybani.nl with your order number, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to reply within 14 days. If an investigation takes longer, we will explain what happens next. You may also obtain independent consumer advice or bring a claim before a competent court.
Please use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with its security, misuse another person's account or submit fraudulent information. Website content, photographs and branding belong to Shybani or its licensors. Uses permitted by law remain allowed; other commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before the court entitled to hear it under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms for future orders; the version applicable when your order was accepted continues to govern that purchase.
