Returns
- 1Tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. Email info@shybani.nl with your order number and the items you are returning.
- 2After notifying us, send the items back within another 14 days. Include accessories, tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.
- 3Follow the return instructions and keep your proof of posting. Read our Returns & refunds policy for the return address and shipping costs.
- 4We refund payments due within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. Refunds use your original payment method.
For a different size or colour, contact us about available stock. The 14-day return period does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
