Ordering
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET ship the same business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (pay in 4). Prices are shown in EUR and GBP depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@shybani.nl as soon as possible with your order number. If we cannot stop dispatch, you still have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to send the items back.
Fit & fabric
How does the sizing run?
True to size with a compressive, sculpting fit. Between sizes? Size up for a softer fit. Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements.
Is it really squat-proof?
Yes — and defensibly so. Our Softcraft™ knit is opacity-tested under full stretch before every production run. Opaque in the squat, or it doesn't ship.
How do I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colours, lay flat to dry. No softener, no iron, no dry cleaning. Cared for this way, the knit holds its shape and colour for years.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel by emailing info@shybani.nl. You then have another 14 days to return the items. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. Our Returns & refunds policy, linked in the footer, explains the return address, costs and conditions.
When do I get my refund?
We refund payments due within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. Refunds use your original payment method. If you cancel the whole order, standard outbound delivery charges are also refunded.
The price
Why are your prices lower than the big brands?
We took out the middle — no wholesale margin stacked on wholesale margin, no flagship rent, no campaign that costs more than the production run. You pay for the garment, not the theatre around it.
