Changed your mind? You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to tell us that you want to cancel, without giving a reason. This period starts on the day after delivery. If items from one order arrive separately, it starts after you receive the last item. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.
Email info@shybani.nl with your name, order number and the items you want to return. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. You may use the optional form below, but you do not have to. You do not need our approval to exercise your legal cancellation right.
We will provide practical return instructions. Keep your proof of posting and use a service that allows you to track the parcel.
Contact us at info@shybani.nl for the correct return address before sending your parcel. Our business correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.
Change-of-mind returns are free for orders delivered in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. Email us to arrange the return and receive the shipping instructions.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return costs. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please send it back clean, with accessories, tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. Protect the items in transit.
Wearing an item beyond trying it on, washing it, staining it or otherwise using it more than needed to assess it may reduce its value. Where the law permits, we may deduct that actual reduction from the refund and explain the deduction. Missing packaging or removed tags do not automatically cancel your statutory right to return. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
We refund payments due within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery option is not refundable. For a partial return, delivery charges are refunded where required by law.
Your payment provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears. If a refund seems to be missing, contact us so we can check its status.
If you need a different size or colour, contact us to discuss available stock and the next steps. Your cancellation rights do not depend on choosing an exchange.
If you paid through Klarna or another deferred-payment provider, also follow that provider's instructions for reporting a return or pausing payment. Contact us if you need help matching a refund to your order. Your right to raise a dispute with your payment provider remains unchanged.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Products must meet the description and the quality you can reasonably expect. Contact us if there is a problem, even if the return period has ended. Any legal remedy and its conditions are determined by the applicable consumer law.
